Privacy Policy

The Mould Cost, Part Cost and ROI / Investment calculators are static, client-side tools with no backend server. The figures you type in are used only to compute your result on your own device and are never sent to Veroqen™, Hongyi JIG, or any third party automatically.

A small set of flags and your in-progress work (parts you've added, if any) are saved in your browser's local storage, on your device only — whether you've entered the Beta access code, whether you've already submitted the feedback prompt, and (on the Part Cost Calculator) the parts list you're building, so an accidental refresh doesn't lose your work. Nothing is synced to a server and nothing is shared between devices. On the ROI calculator, the values you are working on are also saved in your browser's local storage, on your device only, so an accidental refresh does not lose your work.

If you submit the feedback popup before downloading a report, your rating, comments, any name, company or email you choose to give, and a short summary of the headline result you were looking at (for example mould size and steel weight, or annual ROI and payback) are sent to our feedback collection system so all Beta feedback lands in one place for our team to review. This is optional. You can skip it and still download your report.

Reports are generated and rendered locally in your browser (via your browser's own print/save function) — Veroqen™ does not receive a copy unless you choose to share it with us.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use VEROQEN, and may run Google Ads campaigns and measure their performance using conversion tracking. These only run if you accept the cookie banner shown when you first visit — if you decline, no analytics or advertising cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for veroqen.com. We do not use session-replay or heatmap tools, and we do not sell visitor data to third parties.
