VEROQEN is built by Hongyi JIG, an independent PMO-led product-development and tooling-governance company. Its calculation logic draws on hands-on toolroom, shop-floor and project cost-sheet experience accumulated across three decades of product development and injection tooling. Hongyi does not manufacture moulds; it applies execution-grounded experience to independent costing and tooling decisions.

That distinction matters. VEROQEN does not begin with a generic finance formula and add manufacturing terminology around it. Its calculation chain reflects the variables that materially affect real tooling decisions | mould dimensions, steel families, plate weights, cavitation, cycle time, machine rate, rejection, production volume and tool-life expectations.

VEROQEN produces planning estimates based on the information and assumptions entered. Results are not supplier quotations, mould-flow simulations, DFM approval or a guarantee of final manufacturing cost.

Before releasing a purchase order or cutting steel, confirm the result against the part drawing, material specification, mould concept, machine capability, supplier scope and current commercial rates.
